CARF was founded in 2008, but Sheila has been rescuing and re-homing dogs well before our non-profit's official founding date. She still works tirelessly day and night to take care of our CARFIES. She's never fully off duty and gives up so much of her time to make Curaçao a better place for the dogs that live here ??
Sheila is the type of person that never puts herself in the spotlight (we had to twist her arm to let us post this ?), but always makes everything about our dogs. Through her quiet and passionate dedication she has saved the lives of hundreds of abused, abandoned and homeless animals. Sheila is just an amazing lady who deserves great credit for all the hard work she does ?
