They say “patience is a virtue” and “good things come to those who wait.” Well, our sweet girl Kanela has been waiting for someone to adopt her for years, and we thought we would give it another try. Maybe she will get lucky to finally find her forever family…?
A little bit more about Kanela. She has been in our care for several years so we have gotten to know her pretty well.
✓ Kanela gets along great with other dogs,
✓ She enjoys laying around in the yard,
✓ She will bark at people passing by the gate.
One of our volunteers said the following about Kanela in the past, and we think this description of Kanela is still very accurate today: “Kanela is a very loving girl, and one of the easiest dogs I’ve ever fostered. She’s got such a great personality, and her manners in the home are outstanding. It is clear that she loves people and is more than willing to show it when she feels comfortable and safe. She is social but at the same time independent; she likes to stay close to her humans but does that in the most peaceful way ever. Kanela also gets along great with other dogs and she enjoys their company. She is definitely ready for adoption and I’m sure she will adapt to her new home fairly quickly!”
