We’re excited to introduce you to Harley! This 5-month old boy has had a rough start in life. He was living by himself in a drainage pipe and things weren’t looking good for him. Little did he know his guardian angels were about to show up…
Fortunately, Harley’s rescuers were also able to temporarily foster him. Together with Harley’s foster family we’ve been working hard to get this little guy healthy, socialized, and ready for adoption. Harley is doing well in his foster home and has learned that being a pet is fun. He gets to play with other dogs, go for walks, and he really loves swimming.
This is what his foster family said about him:
“Harley is a very sweet and curious dog. Once he trusts you and you win his heart, he is a total love-bug. When you get home, he will run to greet you and sit at your feet for attention. He likes to always be near his human. But don’t think he can’t entertain himself; give this boy a palm leaf or a toy and he’ll be forever entertained. Overall, he is a happy and grateful boy who gets along with other dogs. He’s been enjoying all the attention from both human and fellow dogs!”
Harley has weak hips so going for walks and taking him swimming are not just things that he enjoys doing, but that are good for him too.
