Sniffy is about 5.5 years old and has spent most of his life in our care. His previous owner didn't care about him. Sniffy lived trapped on a small balcony, with his own feces and urine all over the place. He was totally neglected, emaciated, and ill. He had no proper shelter, no fresh water, no human contact, and he was covered in ticks. After a rough start in life, and waiting years to be adopted, Sniffy really deserves a loving home! WILLEMSTAD, CURAÇAO - On Friday May 29, the Curaçao Animal Rights Foundation (CARF) celebrates it’s 12th anniversary. CARF was founded in 2008 by a group local animal advocates. Over the past twelve years, the foundation has successfully rescued, rehabilitate and rehomed close to 2.000 dogs ― both on the island and abroad.
